Open Document to Audio Tool

Open your preferred browser and go to https://transfonic.com.

Find the 'Document Catalysts' section on the homepage.

Click to expand the list of tools.

From the menu, choose 'Document To Audio'.

There is no need to install the tool; it will load in your browser.

Upload Your Document

Drag your file into the drop area or click the upload button.

PDF, DOCX, and TXT are supported formats.

Verify that the file includes readable text and not pictures.

Avoid scanned documents unless OCR is supported.

Await the complete upload of the file before proceeding.

Configure Voice Settings

Select the language that corresponds with the content of your document.

Select a voice type—male, female, or neural if available.

Adjust the speech speed or pitch based on your preference.

Preview playback is a feature of some tools; use it to test voices.

Default settings are good if you're not sure what to choose.

Convert to Audio

Click the 'Convert' button to start creating the audio.

The length of the document and its settings determine how long it takes to process.

Remain on the page while the tool finishes the task.

A progress bar or spinner may appear while it loads.

Do not close the tab until the conversion is complete.

Download Audio File

A download button will show up on the screen once it's finished.

The file is typically supplied in MP3 or WAV format.

Click to download and save it to your device.

Play the audio to make sure it sounds accurate and clear.

Use the audio for accessibility, presentations, or listening.
