Access Extraction Tool
Open your browser and navigate to https://transfonic.com.
Look for the 'Document Catalysts' section on the homepage.
Select 'Document Extraction' after clicking to enlarge it.
Your browser will automatically load the tool.
There is no need to register in order to start using the tool.
Upload Document
Either drop a file into the upload area or click the 'Upload' button.
Formats such as PDF, DOCX, or scanned image files can be utilized.
Your file will be verified by the system before it begins.
Avoid uploading corrupted or password-protected files.
Remain patient—larger files may take longer to process.
Process Document
The tool automatically scans your document after it has been uploaded.
It uses AI to detect text, tables, and form fields.
Just wait for processing—no manual selection is required.
The complexity and size of the file can affect processing time.
A preview will appear once the extraction process is finished.
Review Extracted Data
Verify that the text, tables, and structure appear accurate.
Carefully review the preview output.
Re-upload a clearer or high-resolution file for better results.
OCR may be necessary for accurate output of certain documents (such as scans).
Use options to refine table or text detection if available.
Download or Copy Results
To save the extracted data (such as CSV, TXT, etc.), click 'Download.'
Alternatively, click 'Copy' to save the content to your clipboard.
Use the data directly in apps like Google Sheets, Excel, or Notion.
Rerun the process if you want different formatting or structure.
Verify the output formatting after export, especially for tables.
